Rental Policy

It is important to review this Rental policy prior to renting a dress.

RESERVATION FEE

A reservation fee of ₱1000.00 per gown is required for every reservation. A full payment of the rental fee balance including the corresponding deposit fee is due before the rental item/s may be picked up.

Once you have reserved a gown. Any change of item/s or cancellation will cause the reservation fee to be forfeited. Rescheduling is allowed but is subject to availability. In case when the rescheduled item is not available at the preferred date, a change of item or a refund will be available to the client.

RENTAL PERIOD AND DEPOSIT FEE

Each dress rented has a rental period of 1 to 3 days only, unless a special arrangement  is made. All rented item/s shall be returned on the 3rd day from the date rented unless specified otherwise by Eden Brides management.  We have to do this because there may be someone else who needs to rent it. A daily penalty charge of ₱200.00 per day will be charged for each rental item that was returned past its return date.

We require a refundable deposit fee amounting to 50% of the rental price. This is necessary as it is not uncommon for some people never to return the item. Your cash deposit will be given back once the item is returned minus any late fees or damage fees.

LATE RETURN FEE

A daily penalty charge of ₱200.00 per day will be charged for each rental item that was returned past its return date.

Returning the item/s rented when it is due is your sole responsibility. Please be warned that if the item/s has exceeded the return due date for 2 weeks (14 days) and we have not received nor successfully reached you in your given contact details. We shall then consider this as a deliberate action to not return our property and shall consider this as theft, rest assured that such cases will be dealt with accordingly.

Please understand the gowns we offer for rent are handmade taking hours of work and are more valuable than the small rental fee we charge. If someone does not return them, we lose a lot.

DAMAGE FEE

We expect our customers to take reasonable care of the rental item/s. Damages to the gown like tears, missing pieces, permanent stains, burns, and the like will be charged to the customer and will be quoted on a case to case basis. This may cause your deposit fee be forfeited. If the item/s rented are damaged beyond minor repairs or lost while in the customer’s possession  the item shall be sold to the client and will strictly pay the “FOR SALE” price.

STRICTLY NO ALTERATIONS will be allowed with other seamstress/tailor. Altering, using hem tape, adding, removing or cutting any part of any rental garment is prohibited.  Any alteration done with the rented gown will be considered as damages.
